摘 要:学术权力与行政权力是存在于应用型高校场域中的两种主要权力形式,二者既相互统一,在践行学校使命、推动学校发展中发挥着重要作用,也相互作用,在权力主体的认知、权力运行的规则、权力作用的边界等方面存在不同程度的冲突,对学校治理能力与治理绩效的提升带来了一定影响。其产生诱因在于“场域的复杂与多元、资本的结构与存量、惯习的延续与影响”等三个方面。从“场域”理论的视角来看,优化场域规则、增加资本积累、促进惯习更迭,应是调适应用型高校学术权力与行政权力冲突的可行之策和长久之计,实践举措则是要进一步完善现代大学制度、优化办学资源配置、重塑学校组织文化。Academic power and administrative power are two main forms of power existing in the internal governance of applied universities.These powers are mutually unified and interacted,playing an important roles in fulfilling the mission of the school and promoting its development with varying degrees of conflicts in the cognition of power subjects,the rules of power operation,and the boundaries of power functions,which brings about certain influence on the improvement of school governance capacity and performance.The inducement may lie in three aspects:the complexity and diversity of field,the stock and structure of capital,and the continuation and influence of habitus.From the perspective of field theory,optimizing the field rules,increasing the capital accumulation,and promoting habitus transformation should be a long-term and feasible solution adjustment to apply university academic power and administrative power conflict.Practical measures include further improving the modern university system,optimizing the allocation of resources,reshaping the organizational culture of schools.
