摘  要:多学科优化设计(MDO)是一种通过充分探索和利用工程系统(如飞行器)中相互作用的协同机制来开展复杂工程系统及其子系统设计的方法论。首先,在MDO基本概念与应用背景基础上,简要回顾了自20世纪80年代以来第一代和第二代MDO技术的发展及其在飞行器设计中的应用。其次,针对正在发展的第三代MDO技术,重点综述了多学科耦合数值模拟、MDO求解策略、多保真度方法、高效全局多目标优化算法、拓扑优化方法、稳健优化方法、抗噪优化算法和多学科集成框架等飞行器MDO关键技术的研究现状,分析了面临的挑战。最后,总结提炼了未来需要解决的关键科学与技术问题,设定了到2035年左右飞行器MDO技术研究预计达到的目标,并给出了相应的研究建议。Multidisciplinary Design Optimization(MDO)is referred to as a methodology that enables optimal design of a complex engineering system and its subsystems,through exploring and utilizing the collaborative mechanism among disciplines in engineering systems like air vehicles.First,the development of 1st-and 2nd-generation MDOs and its application to aircraft and spacecraft designs is reviewed,after shortly reviewing the fundamental concepts and application background of MDO.Second,for the under developing 3r-generation MDO techniques,literature review is conduced to show the current status and future challenge of MDO key technologies,such as coupled multidisciplinary numerical simulation,MDO architecture,multi-fidelity method,efficient global multi-objective optimization,topology optimization,robust design optimization,anti-numerical-noise optimization and generic integration architecture.Finally,the key issues as well as the suggestions for future research and development are presented,towards meeting the needs of 2035 target.
