摘 要:为了实现拖拉机能够根据作业工况自动选择变速规律,基于采用液压机械无级变速器(Hydro-Mechanical Continuously Variable Transmission,HMCVT)的拖拉机,分析了其HMCVT的工作原理,并结合发动机万有特性曲线分析了动力性与经济性变速规律;在此基础上,根据驾驶员意图引入了模糊推理的权重系数,制定了基于驾驶意图识别的综合变速规律。仿真结果表明:综合变速规律能够在拖拉机加速工作过程中调整发动机目标转速,从而使拖拉机在加速过程中具有良好的动力性;在加速完成后,发动机能够按照经济性变速规律运行,保证了拖拉机平稳状态工作时具有良好的经济性以及优异的综合性能。研究结果可以为拖拉机综合变速规律的控制策略提供一定的理论依据。In order to realize that the tractor can automatically select the speed change law according to the working conditions,the working principle of HMCVT is analyzed for the tractor with hydro mechanical continuous variable transmission(HMCVT),and the dynamic and economic speed change laws are analyzed in combination with the universal characteristic curve of the engine.On this basis,the weight coefficient of fuzzy reasoning is introduced according to the driver's intention,The comprehensive speed change law based on driving intention recognition is formulated.The simulation results show that the comprehensive speed change law can adjust the target speed of the engine during the acceleration process of the tractor,which can achieve good dynamic performance of the tractor during the acceleration process;After the acceleration is completed,the engine can run according to the economic speed change law,which ensures that the tractor has good economy when working in a stable state,and the tractor has excellent comprehensive performance.The research results can provide a theoretical reference for the control strategy of the tractor's comprehensive speed change law.
