摘 要:阿德勒“个体心理学”的“个体”一词,是指每个个体心理状态的特殊性,也意味着是一个“整体”;强调人格的整体性或一致性;同时特别强调个体心理与所处环境(社会)的关联。“个体心理学”理论主要包含八个观点,前四个观点属于“实然”陈述,呈现了阿德勒对人性、心理、人与社会关系的深刻洞察;后四个观点则归入“应然”倡导,特别能彰显阿德勒的“目的论”心理学之特点,即强调人的意志自由和能动选择。“个体心理学”理论在社会工作者生命成长教育中有如下三点应用,一是可以增进社会工作者的自我认识;二是可以丰富社会工作者的生命意义;三是可以增强社会工作者的生命力量。The term“individual”in Adler’s“individual psychology”refers to the particularity of each individual’s psychological state,which also means it is a“whole”;it emphasizes the wholeness or consistency of personality;at the same time,special emphasis is placed on the correlation between individual psychology and the environment(society)they are in.The theory of“individual psychology”mainly includes eight viewpoints.The first four viewpoints belong to the statement of“reality”,presenting Adler’s profound insights into human nature,psychology,and the relationship between humans and society;the last four viewpoints fall under the advocacy of“should be”,which particularly highlights the characteristics of Adler’s“teleological”psychology,namely the emphasis on human will freedom and active choice.The theory of individual psychology has the following three applications in the life growth education of social workers:firstly,it can enhance the self-awareness of social workers;secondly,it can enrich the life meaning of social workers;thirdly,it can enhance the life force of social workers.
