摘 要:文章主要研究人工智能驱动的机电一体化工程机器人。通过机械结构设计、电子控制系统设计和人工智能算法集成,实现了工程机器人的智能化。开展实验测试工程机器人的运动学性能、视觉引导抓取能力和柔性装配能力,结果表明该机器人在运动性能、感知能力和适应性方面表现优异。研究表明,人工智能技术与机电一体化的深度融合是实现工程机器人智能化的有效途径,对拓展机器人应用领域、推动智能制造发展具有重要意义。This paper mainly studies mechatronics engineering robot driven by artificial intelligence.Through mechanical structure design,electronic control system design and artificial intelligence algorithm integration,the intelligent engineering robot is realized.The kinematic performance,visual guided grasping ability and flexible assembly ability of the engineering robot are tested by experiments.The results show that the robot has excellent performance in motion performance,perception ability and adaptability.The research shows that the deep integration of artificial intelligence technology and mechatronics is an effective way to realize the intelligence of engineering robots,which is of great significance to expand the application field of robots and promote the development of intelligent manufacturing.
