摘　　要：加快教育数字化转型是我国“十四五”时期教育改革发展的重要战略,数字化转型是职业教育实现高质量发展的必由之路。文章基于质量变革、动力变革和效率变革三维度构建职业教育数字化转型机制模型,从教学平台数字化、教学基建数字化、教育教学数字化、学习能力数字化、教学评价数字化、教学服务数字化等6层面破解职业教育数字化转型的具体驱动要素,提出科学认识—政策激励、数字赋能—基础先行、能力建设—制度激励、工具赋能—场景改造、优化管理—系统变革、风险应对—政策引导等对策建议。Accelerating the digital transformation of education is an important strategy for China’s education reform and development during the“14th Five-Year”Plan period.Digital transformation is the only way for vocational education to achieve high-quality development.Based on the three dimensions of quality change,power change,and efficiency change,a digital transformation mechanism model for vocational education is constructed.The specific driving factors for the digital transformation of vocational education are cracked from six aspects:digitalization of teaching platforms,digitalization of teaching infrastructure,digitalization of education and teaching,digitalization of learning abilities,digitalization of teaching evaluations,and digitalization of teaching services.Suggestions and countermeasures are proposed,including scientific understanding-policy incentives,digital empowerment-foundation first,capacity building-institutional incentives,tool empowerment-scene transformation,optimized management-system transformation,risk response-policy guidance.
