摘　　要：随着研究生人数的不断增长和交叉学科的发展,研究生跨专业录取越来越普遍,复杂的研究生生源导致的研究生之间的专业能力、年龄、学习经历等各方面都存在着很大的差异,高校在研究生培养管理方面面临着重大挑战。文章围绕学生综合素质提升、学术创新能力提升和心理健康教育三个方面,立足于全员参与、全程关注、全方位培养的教育理念,提出了“管理-服务-引导”三位一体的研究生教育管理体系,探索研究生培养质量提升,促进卓越研究生教育的发展。With the continuous growth of the number of graduate students and the development of interdisciplinary studies,the cross disciplinary admission of graduate students is becoming more and more common.The complex source of graduate students leads to significant differences in professional abilities,age,learning managers,and other aspects among graduate students.Universities are facing significant challenges in graduate training management.This article focuses on three aspects of improving students'comprehensive quality,academic innovation ability,and mental health education,Based on the educational philosophy of full participation,full attention,and all-round cultivation,it proposes a three in one graduate education management system of"management service guidance",explores the improvement of graduate education quality,and promotes the development of excellent graduate education.
