摘  要:我国实行九年义务教育,其中小学教育是义务教育的开端,其不仅承担着教授学生基础知识,培养技能和价值观的重要责任,同时也需要落实塑造学生个性和社会责任感的教育任务。小学阶段的教育成果将一直影响学生终身,因此需要重视提高小学教育教学质量和水平,为学生提供最佳的教育服务和支持。文章就小学教育教学管理的重要性及加强小学教育教学管理实效性的具体措施展开分析讨论,以期得出有效结论。China implements nine-year compulsory education,with primary education being the beginning of compulsory education.It not only bears the important responsibility of teaching students basic knowledge,cultivating skills and values,but also needs to implement the educational task of shaping students'personalities and social responsibility.The educational achievements in primary school will continue to affect students throughout their lives,so it is necessary to pay attention to improving the quality and level of primary education and teaching,and provide students with the best educational services and support.The article analyzes and discusses the importance of primary school education and teaching management,as well as specific measures to strengthen the effectiveness of primary school education and teaching management,in order to draw effective conclusions.
