摘  要:大学教学实践品性是指大学教师具备的契合教育本质规律与学生身心发展诉求的行为倾向和精神品质的综合。大学教学实践品性的向度体现在指向生命完善的价值定位、彰显伦理道德的人文关怀、深植教学场域的复杂情境、关切教学能力的动态生成等方面。培育大学教学实践品性的路径是:提升教学过程的生命关怀、增强师生间的实践交互性、创设复杂动态的教学情境、凝练教师教学的实践智慧。The practical character of university teaching refers to the comprehensive behavioral tendencies and spiritual qualities possessed by university teachers that conform to the essential laws of education and the demands of students’physical and mental development.The dimension of the character of university teaching practice is reflected in the value orientation of life perfection,the humanistic care of demonstrating ethics and morality,the complex context deeply rooted in the teaching field and the dynamic generation of teaching ability.The path to cultivate the practical character of university teaching is to improve the life care in the teaching process,enhance the practical interaction between teachers and students,create complex and dynamic teaching situations and condense the practical wisdom of teachers in teaching.
