新时代体育院校本科人才培养方案改革的困囿与纾解路径

摘　　要：推进新时代体育院校本科人才培养方案的改革是提高人才培养质量、服务国家体育事业发展的迫切需要。制定体育院校本科人才培养方案的目标是构建一个科学、系统且高效的教育体系,以全面培养德智体美劳高素质体育人才,为体育院校的持续发展注入强劲动力。通过对人才培养方案实施过程的分析,发现:人才培养目标定位不准确、课程体系不够合理、教学方法不得当、实践教学环节比较薄弱、质量控制体系不完备等现实问题仍然不同程度地存在。因此,本文基于上述问题,提出了以下纾解路径:确立高素质人才培养目标,对接市场需求;优化课程体系,均衡专业与通识教育;创新体育教育理念和教学方法;强化职业素养培养与实践环节;优化本科人才培养质量控制机制。Promoting the reform of undergraduate talent training programs in sports colleges in the new era is an urgent need to improve the quality of talent training and serve the development of the national sports industry.The goal of formulating undergraduate talent training programs for sports colleges is to build a scientific,systematic,and efficient education system to comprehensively cultivate high-quality sports talents with morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor skills,injecting strong impetus into the sustainable development of sports colleges.Through the analysis of the implementation process of talent training programs,it is found that practical problems still exist to varying degrees,such as inaccurate positioning of talent training goals,unreasonable curriculum system,inappropriate teaching methods,weak practical teaching links,and incomplete quality control system.Therefore,based on the above issues,this article proposes the following reform strategies:establishing high-quality talent training goals and aligning with market demand;Optimize the curriculum system and balance professional and general education;Innovate the concept and teaching methods of physical education;Strengthen the cultivation and practice of professional ethics;Optimize the quality control mechanism for undergraduate talent cultivation.
