应用型本科高校校企合作长效机制构建策略研究

摘　　要：随着社会的不断发展以及社会经济结构的不断调整,各行业对应用型技能人才的要求越来越高,校企合作、产教融合成为高校人才培养的重要抓手。文章简要分析了校企合作长效机制构建的重要性及当前校企合作中存在的问题,并提出了校企合作长效机制构建的策略,以期为推动应用型本科高校校企合作健康可持续发展提供参考。With the continuous development of society and the adjustment of socio-economic structure,various industries have increasingly high requirements for applied skilled talents.School enterprise cooperation and industry education integration have become important tools for talent cultivation in universities.The article briefly analyzes the importance of building a long-term mechanism for school enterprise cooperation and the existing problems in current school enterprise cooperation,and proposes strategies for building a long-term mechanism for school enterprise cooperation,in order to provide reference for promoting the healthy and sustainable development of school enterprise cooperation in applied undergraduate universities.
