摘  要:本研究以核心素养为视角,明确了核心素养在师范生职业能力发展中的重要性,针对五年制学前教育专业师范生职业能力培养中存在的理论知识与实践能力脱节、创新意识和实践能力不足、多元评价与反馈机制缺乏等问题,深入探讨了五年制学前教育专业师范生职业能力的提升策略。研究结果显示,理论与实践相结合、构建多元化的评价体系,以及提升师范生的实践创新能力,是提升其职业能力的有效途径。This study takes the perspective of core competencies and clarifies the importance of core competencies in the development of vocational abilities for teacher trainees.In response to the problems of theoretical knowledge and practical abilities being disconnected,lack of innovative awareness and practical abilities,and lack of diverse evaluation and feedback mechanisms in the cultivation of vocational abilities for five-year preschool education major teacher trainees,this study delves into strategies for improving their vocational abilities.The research results show that strengthening the combination of theory and practice in teaching methods,constructing a diversified evaluation system,and enhancing the practical innovation ability of teacher trainees are effective ways to enhance their professional abilities.
