摘 要:医用有机化学是医学院校学生的必修基础课,课程理论性强,知识体系庞大,知识点烦琐。在有限的学时内,若教师的授课内容与医学知识相关性不高,则学生容易缺乏主动性和学习兴趣,甚至产生畏难情绪,导致教学效果不好。文章基于生物化学与有机化学的紧密联系,探讨在教学过程中通过完善知识体系、引入案例、分析结构、对比化学反应等融入生物化学知识,使学生逐渐认识到有机化学与医学的相关性,进而激发学生的学习热情,有效提升教学效果。Medical organic chemistry is a compulsory basic course for students in medical colleges.The course has strong theory,huge knowledge system and tedious knowledge points.In the limited class hours,teachers'teaching content is not highly relevant to medical knowledge,and students are easy to lack initiative and interest in learning,and even fear of difficulties,resulting in poor teaching effect.Based on the close connection between biochemistry and organic chemistry,it is discussed how to integrate biochemical knowledge into the teaching process by improving the knowledge system,introducing cases,analyzing structures,comparing chemical reactions,etc.,so that students can gradually realize the correlation between organic chemistry knowledge and medicine.Thus,it stimulates the enthusiasm of students to study the course and effectively improves the teaching effect.
