摘　　要：在产教融合的时代背景下,高校助推乡村人才振兴是时代使命,也是高校办学价值旨归,更是内驱力和外源力共同作用的结果。根据区域产业基础和高校投入力度,在实践中形成产业吸引型、科技创新型、文化传承型、教育培育型乡村人才振兴模式。现阶段,为促进脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴战略有效衔接、夯实乡村振兴的人才支撑,策略如下:整合优势特色专业,广泛培育优才;完善人才培养模式,充分挖掘贤才;创新人才供给机制,广聚天下英才;强化科技创新支撑,引领时代新人。Under the background of the integration of production and education,the promotion of rural talent revitalization by universities is the mission of the times,and it is also the goal of universities,the result of the combined effect of internal and external forces.According to the regional industrial base and investment in universities,a rural talent revitalization model of industry attraction,scientific and technological innovation,cultural inheritance and education cultivation should be formed in practice.At present,in order to promote the effective connection between poverty alleviation and the rural revitalization strategy,and consolidate the talent support for rural revitalization,it is necessary to integrate advantageous and characteristic majors,and extensively cultivate excellent talents;improve the talent training model and fully tap talents;innovate the talent supply mechanism and gather the world talents;strengthen the support of scientific and technological innovation,and lead the new generation of the times.
