基于护生临床体验反思日记的“双师型”教师榜样示范作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨“双师型”教师在临床中的榜样示范作用。方法选取42名高职院校护生作为研究对象,要求护生书写关于临床实习过程中产生的感受、遇到的问题以及教师榜样作用的反思日记,采用内容分析法对反思日记进行分析,提炼主题。结果根据社会学习理论,共提取4个主题:注意期(改变护理刻板印象,激发学习热情)、保持期(端正工作态度、学会独立思考)、效仿期(知识技能与心理素质并行发展)、动力期(职业路径愈渐清晰)。结论“双师型”教师的榜样示范作用可以有效激发护生主动学习与探索,促进职业认同。应重视“双师型”师资队伍的遴选与培训,充分发挥其榜样示范作用。Objective To explore the exemplary role of"double-qualified"mentors in clinical practice.Methods A total of 42 nursing students from higher vocational colleges and universities were selected as the research participants,and they were asked to write the reflective diaries about their feelings,problems,and the exemplary role of the mentors during their clinical practice.Content analysis method was adopted to analyze the reflective diaries and refine the themes.Results According to social learning theory,four themes were refined:attention period(changing nursing stereotypes and stimulating enthusiasm for learning),retention period(correcting work attitude and learning to think independently),emulation period(parallel development of knowledge and skills and psychological quality),and motivation period(increasing clarity of career path).Conclusion The exemplary role of"double-qualified"mentors can effectively stimulate nursing students to take the initiative to learn and explore,and promote professional identity.Emphasis should be placed on the selection and training of"double-qualified"mentors,and giving full play to their exemplary role.
