摘  要:在当今迅速演变的全球经济和社会结构中,继续教育已经成为推动个人成长和促进终身学习的关键途径。数字化社区的兴起不仅标志着信息技术革命对教育领域的深刻影响,也为继续教育开辟了新路径,使其更加个性化、灵活和互动。这种教育模式变革的背后,是对知识更新加速、职业技能需求多样化以及个人自我实现追求提高的直接响应。基于此,分析数字化社区出现的背景及其对继续教育带来的新机遇和挑战,并详细阐述数字化社区下继续教育的创新与实践路径。In today’s rapidly evolving global economic and social landscape,continuing education has become a key way to promote personal growth and lifelong learning.The rise of digital communities not only signifies the profound impact of the information technology revolution on the field of education,but also paves new pathways for continuing education,making it more personalized,flexible,and interactive.This transformation in education model is a direct response to the accelerated pace of knowledge renewal,the diversification of vocational skill demands,and the heightened pursuit of individual self-improvement.Based on this,this study analyzes the background behind the emergence of digital communities and the new opportunities and challenges they present for continuing education.Furthermore,it elaborates on the innovative approaches and practical paths for continuing education within the context of digital communities.
