积极心理学视角下高校心理委员队伍建设思考

摘　　要：本文基于积极心理学理论探讨高校心理委员队伍建设。通过文献研究、实践探索分析心理委员队伍建设现状,提出运用积极心理辅导训练进行心理委员的积极认知、积极情绪、积极应对以及积极成长等方面建设,激发其内在潜能,提升朋辈心理辅导能力。Based on the theory of positive psychology,this paper discusses the construction of psychological committee members in colleges and universities.Through literature research,exploration and analysis of the current situation of the team building of psychologists, it is proposed to use positive psychological counseling training to build the positive cognition,positive emotions,positive response and positive growth of psychologists,so as to stimulate their internal potential and improve the psychological counseling ability of peers.
