摘　　要：作为党在高校的基层组织,学生党支部承担着为党输送有理想信念,有远大志向的优秀青年学生党员的重要任务。本文基于新时代下高校学生党支部建设中面临的一些困境进行创新性研究,结合“三全育人”理念,提出创新建设路径,以提升党支部的创造力、战斗力和凝聚力,保证党支部战斗堡垒作用充分发挥。As the party's basic organization in universities and colleges,the students' party branches undertake the significant mission of providing outstanding young people with having ideas,beliefs and ambitions.Based on some difficulties faced by construction of students' party branches in university and colleges in the New Era.Combined with the conception of "Three All-Round Education",this paper provides some innovative ways to construct for improving the creativity,combat effectiveness and cohesion of the party's branches and ensuring the role of the part's branches as a fighting fortress.
