摘　　要：本文以高职院校贫困生为研究对象,以优势视角为研究路径,探索提升贫困生就业能力的策略和方法。通过对该群体就业现状的分析,归纳出贫困生的就业痛点,以小组工作实务法为案例,提出了基于贫困生的就业需求的,通过挖掘其个人优势和社会支持网络优势,提升其心理素质与求职技能,有效激活贫困生的潜能,增强其就业竞争力的观点和建议。This paper focuses on students from vocational colleges who are from impoverished backgrounds and explores strategies and methods to enhance their employability from an empowerment perspective.By analyzing the current employment situation of this group,the paper identifies the employment challenges faced by these students.Using the group work method as a case study,it proposes ideas and suggestions based on the employment needs of disadvantaged students.These suggestions aim to improve their psychological resilience and job-seeking skills by leveraging their personal strengths and social support networks,thereby effectively unlocking their potential and enhancing their employment competitiveness.
