社会支持在传染科护士角色压力与心理健康间的调节作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨社会支持在传染科护士角色压力与焦虑抑郁压力之间的调节效应。方法:2022年12月—2023年5月采用目的抽样和方便抽样的方法,抽取临沂市35家医院传染科护士为研究对象,使用一般资料调查问卷、抑郁-焦虑-压力量表中文精简版(DASS-21)、社会支持评定量表、角色压力源问卷进行调查,并采用多元线性回归分析、简单斜率分析社会支持的调节作用。本次调查共发放问卷379份,回收有效问卷374份,有效回收率为98.68%。结果:374名传染科护士DASS-21总分为(29.47±8.996)分,抑郁分量表得分为(9.11±3.117)分,焦虑分量表得分为(9.79±3.020)分;角色压力总分为(41.28±6.815)分,社会支持总分为(44.40±8.327)分。相关性分析显示,传染科护士角色压力总分与DASS-21总分呈正相关(P<0.05),社会支持总分与DASS-21总分呈负相关(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,社会支持在角色压力与焦虑抑郁压力间的调节效应显著(β=-0.316,P<0.05);简单斜率分析显示,低社会支持组角色压力对焦虑抑郁压力具有正向预测作用(P<0.001);高社会支持时角色压力对焦虑抑郁压力无预测作用(P>0.05)。结论:角色压力、社会支持对传染科护士焦虑抑郁压力都有一定的预测作用,社会支持可以调节角色压力与焦虑抑郁压力的关系,医院可以通过增加对医护人员的支持,以缓解角色压力导致的焦虑抑郁压力等心理状况。Objective To explore the moderating effect of social support on the role stress and anxiety and depression stress of nurses in infectious disease departments.Methods From December 2022 to May 2023,objective sampling and convenience sampling were used to select nurses in the infectious department of 35 hospitals in Linyi City as the research objects.General Data Questionnaire,Depression Anxiety Stress Scales-21(DASS-21),Social Support Rating Scale and Role Stress Scale were used to investigate.Multiple linear regression analysis and simple slope analysis were used to analyze the moderating effect of social support.A total of 379 questionnaires were sent out in this survey,and 374 were effectively collected,with an effective recovery rate of 98.68%.Results The total score of DASS-21 of 374 nurses in infectious disease department was(29.47±8.996),the score of depression subscale was(9.11±3.117),and the score of anxiety subscale was(9.79±3.020).The total score of role stress was(41.28±6.815)and the total score of social support was(44.40±8.327).Correlation analysis showed that the total score of nurses'role stress was positively correlated with the total score of DASS-21(P<0.05),and the total score of social support was negatively correlated with the total score of DASS-21(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that social support had a significant moderating effect on role stress and anxiety and depression stress(β=-0.316,P<0.05).Simple slope analysis showed that role stress of low social support group had positive predictive effect on anxiety and depression stress(P<0.001).Role stress had no predictive effect on anxiety and depression stress in high social support(P>0.05).Conclusions Both role stress and social support have certain predictive effects on anxiety,depression and stress of nurses in infectious disease department.Social support can regulate the relationship between role stress and anxiety,depression and stress.Hospitals can alleviate psychological conditions such as anxiety,depression
