摘  要:目的:探讨以团队为基础的教学(TBL)结合角色扮演教学法在住培师资教学查房能力培养中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年1月在安徽医科大学附属亳州医院带教的70名院级师资作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各35名。试验组采用TBL结合角色扮演教学法,对照组采用传统的理论授课方法。比较两组人员培训后的教学查房考核成绩和两组师资对不同培训模式的满意度。结果:试验组教学查房考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组师资的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TBL结合角色扮演教学法能够提高住培师资教学查房能力和培训满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of team based learning(TBL)combined with role-playing teaching method in the cultivation of resident physician teaching rounds ability.Methods A total of 70 hospital-level faculty members who conducted teaching rounds at Bozhou Hospital Affiliated to Anhui Medical University from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 35 members in each group,using a random number table method.The experimental group used TBL combined with role-playing teaching method,while the control group used traditional lecture-based teaching method.The teaching rounds assessment scores and two groups of teachers'satisfaction with different training modes were compared and analyzed.Results The teaching rounds assessment scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The satisfaction of faculty members in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions TBL combined with role-playing teaching method can improve the teaching rounds ability and training satisfaction of resident physicians.
