摘 要:目的探讨情景模拟教学模式在耳鼻喉临床见习中的应用效果。方法选择首都医科大学燕京医学院2020级和2021级乡村医学专业学生50名,随机分为两组(n=25),选取耳鼻喉科最为急危重症疾病喉梗阻为例,进行教学评估。实验组采用情景模拟教学,对照组采用传统的教学模式。观察分析两组的教学效果。结果实验组学生的理论考核、技能操作能力评分均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实践考核(病情评估、诊治思维、应急能力、团队配合能力)优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);满意度调查(诊疗能力、组织协调能力、团队合作能力及对教学满意度)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟教学模式在耳鼻喉临床见习教学中的效果优于传统教学模式,可显著提高教学质量、团队合作能力及学生满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of situation simulation teaching model in scenario simulation teaching model in Otolaryngology Clinical Probation.Methods A total of 50 rural medical students of grade 2020 and 2021 were randomly divided into two groups(n=25),conduct teaching assessment.The experimental group adopted the scenario simulation teaching,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode guided by cases.Observe and analyze the teaching effect of the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group had higher scores in theory examination and skill operation ability(P<0.05).The practice assessment(condition assessment,diagnosis and treatment thinking,emergency response ability,team cooperation ability)was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the level of satisfaction(ability of diagnosis and treatment,ability of organization and coordination,ability of team cooperation and satisfaction with teaching)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of scenario simulation teaching model is better than traditional teaching model in otolaryngology clinical probation teaching,which can significantly improve the teaching quality,team cooperation ability and student satisfaction.
