摘 要:目的探讨混合式教学模式在传染病教学中的应用效果。方法选择2022年9月-2024年1月在乐清市人民医院传染病科见习的温州医科大学本科四年级学生58名作为研究对象,按照乱数表法分为对照组30例实施传统模式教学,观察组28例实施混合式教学模式,比较两组考核成绩(理论成绩、思辨成绩、实践操作成绩)、自主学习能力、学习投入水平、评判性思维能力。结果观察组考核成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。经过教学后,观察组学习能力测评量表各维度评分及总分、学习投入量表各维度及总分、加利福尼亚评判性思维倾向测试量表各条目评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论混合式教学模式可有效提高传染病教学中学生的考核成绩、自主学习能力、学习投入水平及评判性思维能力,对传染病教学质量的改善具有积极意义。Objective To explore the application effect of mixed teaching mode in infectious disease teaching.Methods Fifty-eight fourth-year undergraduate students of Wenzhou Medical University,who were interns in the Department of Infectious Diseases of our hospital from September 2022 to January 2024,were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the observation group(28 cases),which implemented the traditional teaching mode.The two groups were compared in terms of assessment results(theoretical results,speculative results,practical results),independent learning ability,learning engagement level,and critical thinking ability.Results The test score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After teaching,the scores and total scores of each dimension of the learning Ability Assessment Scale,the dimensions and total scores of the Learning Engagement Scale,and the scores of each item of the California Critical Thinking Tendency Test Scale in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The mixed teaching mode can effectively improve the assessment results,autonomous learning ability,learning engagement level and critical thinking ability of infectious disease students,and has positive significance for the improvement of infectious disease teaching quality.
