摘 要:为进一步提升智能工作面开采设备协同控制效果,在对采煤机与液压支架控制过程分析的基础上,对生产工序进行细化并重新匹配,达到提高协同控制效果的目的。同时给出协同控制工序控制逻辑,提高协同控制效果。将协同控制技术在30209工作面进行工程应用,结果表明,协同控制技术较人工干预控制耗时减少27 min,有助于提升煤炭生产效率及设备智能化控制程度。In order to further improve the collaborative control effect of intelligent working face mining equipment,based on the analysis of the control process of shearer and hydraulic support,the production process was refined and re-matched to achieve the purpose of improving the collaborative control effect.At the same time,the control logic of cooperative control process is given to improve the effect of cooperative control.The engineering application of collaborative control technology in 30209 working face shows that the time of collaborative control technology is reduced by 27 min compared with manual intervention control,which is helpful to improve the coal production efficiency and the intelligent control degree of equipment.
