摘 要:实习是医学生从学校向医院过渡的重要阶段,不管是操作技能的锻炼还是诊疗思维的培养,每个实习医师的素质成长都离不开带教医师的指导。作为当前较热门的辅助工具,文心一言等预训练语言模型对教学新业态的冲击已得到关注。虽然人工智能在文本生成、语言理解等方面有较大优势,但其引发的思维钝化及信任危机是不容忽视的问题。参与式教学法讲究“以学生为中心、师生共同参与”,一般从课前准备、过程学习、课后评价三个方面落实。将人工智能和参与式教学法有效融合,有助于引导学生从被动学习向主动学习转化,可弥补单一教学方法各自存在的缺陷,提高教学效果。Internship is an important stage in the transition of medical students from school to hospital.Whether for honing practical skills or cultivating diagnostic thinking,the professional growth of every medical intern heavily re-lies on the guidance of supervising physicians.Now,the impact of pre-trained language models such as ERNIE(a popu-lar auxiliary tool)on new teaching formats has attracted wide attention.Although artificial intelligence(AI)has great ad-vantages in text generation and language understanding,the problems it caused(the passivation of thinking and the crisis of trust)can not be ignored.The participatory teaching method emphasizes“student-centered mode and teacher-student participation”,which is generally implemented from three aspects:pre-class preparation,process learning,and af-ter-class evaluation.The effective integration of AI and participatory teaching method will help to guide students to trans-form from passive learning to active learning,make up for the shortcomings of single teaching methods,and improve the teaching effect.
