摘 要:高校教师的智能教育素养是高校教师在人才培养活动中能有效利用智能环境、智能技术开展智能教育的相关能力和素质。在现阶段,伴随人工智能对高等教育教学活动的深度影响与介入,使得高校教师智能教育素养的提升迫在眉睫。调查结果显示,高校教师的智能教育素养在总体上呈现理念认识强、知识能力弱的现实样态,高校教师虽有提升自身智能教育素养的较清晰认识,但行动相对滞后,且高校也尚未从制度保障、策略细化等层面做出积极应对。差异性交叉分析发现,理科教师的智能教育素养水平显著高于文科教师,文科教师中教育技术专业教师的智能教育素养又显著高于文科其它专业教师,有职务的高校教师受岗位职责影响更有任务驱动性,而高校教师智能教育素养又随着教师职称的晋升呈现下降趋势。指向未来的高校教师智能教育素养发展,应以智能教育知识及智能教育能力为发展重点,以高校教师的自主发展为基本途径,以外部促进为强力保障。The intelligent education literacy of college teachers refers to their ability and quality in effectively utilizing intelligent environments and technologies in talent cultivation to carry out Intelligent education.At present,with the influence and intervention of artificial intelligence in higher education teaching,it is urgent to promote the improvement of intelligent education literacy among college teachers.A survey and research show that the intelligent education literacy of college teachers generally presents a reality of strong conceptual understanding but weak knowledge ability,although they have a clear understanding of improving their own intelligent education literacy,their actions are relatively lagging behind,and universities have not yet made active preparations in terms of institutional guarantees,strategy refinement,and other aspects.Differential cross analysis found that the level of intelligent education literacy of science teachers is significantly higher than that of liberal arts teachers,and among liberal arts teachers,the level of intelligent education literacy of educational technology teachers is significantly higher than that of other liberal arts teachers,university teachers with positions are more task-driven by their job responsibilities,while the intelligent education literacy of college teachers shows a downward trend with the promotion of their professional titles.The development of intelligent education literacy for future university teachers should focus on intelligent education knowledge and abilities,take the independent development of teachers as the basic approach,and use external promotion as a strong guarantee.
