摘　　要：基于管理心理学中情绪管理理论,在情绪管理视角下尝试从情绪劳动、工作卷入、应激挫折三个角度出发,构建推动医师职业精神的可行性路径,以给医师职业精神培育提供指导,为医学人才的健康成长起到导向性作用。首先阐述情绪管理理论结构;其次从情绪管理视角下分析情绪劳动、工作卷入、应激挫折与医师职业精神相结合的契合点;最后讨论情绪管理视角下推动医师职业精神的策略研究。通过对情绪管理的系统性研究,结合当代医师职业精神的发展,充分挖掘和探索情绪管理对医师职业精神研究的现实价值。Based on the theory of emotion management in management psychology,this study attempts to construct a feasible path to promote physicians'professionalism from three perspectives of emotion management.It explores the intersection between emotional labor,work involvement,and occupational stress,so as to provide guidance for the cultivation of physicians'professionalism and to play a guiding role in the healthy growth of medical professionals.Firstly,it elaborates the theoretical structure of emotion management;secondly,it analyzes the junctions of emotional labor,work involvement,occupational stress,and physicians'professionalism from the perspective of emotion management;and finally,it discusses the strategic research of promoting physicians'professionalism from the perspective of emotion management.Through the systematic research on emotion management,combined with the development of contemporary physicians'professionalism,the practical value of emotion management on physicians'professionalism research is fully excavated and explored.
