“五育并举”背景下本科院校劳动教育实施路径

摘　　要：“五育并举”是新时代大学生培养的基本遵循,劳动教育是其中的重要环节,对大学生的身心健康成长,实践能力培养和全面发展有积极影响。该研究以此为切入点,根据教学实践,从完善劳动管理制度、修订人才培养方案、建立健全评价体系、丰富劳动教育内容、拓展劳动教育平台、教师率先垂范引领、家庭社会协调配合、培养学生劳动意识等方面探索了“五育并举”背景下本科院校劳动教育的实施路径。研究表明,劳动教育的现状并不乐观,存在着重视程度不够、劳动内容和形式单一、没有达成预期目标等问题,提出了劳动教育的实施对策,对实现育人目标,提升劳动教育成效,培养“五育”全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人,具有重要的理论和现实意义。"Educating five domains simultaneously"is the basic adherence of the students'cultivation in the new age,labor education is an important link,which has a positive effect on the physical and mental health of college students,the cultivation of practical ability and the comprehensive development.Based on the practice of teaching,the author discusses the implementation path of the labor education in the background of lower school college school,which is the development of the talents training program,the establishment of a sound evaluation system,the rich labor education content,the expansion of the labor education platform,the teacher's first leadership,the coordination of the family and the students'labor consciousness.The research shows that the present situation of labor education is not enough,the content of labor and the form of labor are single,and there is no objective of the goal,and the implementation of the labor education is put forward,which is of great theoretical and practical significance for the realization of the goal of raising people and improving the effectiveness of the labor education and cultivating the socialist construction and succession of the"five education".
