摘　　要：作为科技创新的重要阵地,高水平院校在科技成果培育与转化方面扮演着重要角色。为提高科技成果培育与转化的效率,高水平院校可以强化科研团队建设、营造良好的科技创新氛围、加强科研合作与交流、深化产学研合作、加强科技成果培育与孵化、完善科技成果评价与推广机制及搭建科技成果转化平台,最大化利用科研成果,将科研成果转化为实际生产力,推动科技创新与产业升级,为国家科技创新和经济发展作出更大的贡献。As the important positions for scientific and technological innovation,the high-level colleges play the key roles in the cultivation and transformation of scientific and technological achievements.In order to improve the efficiency of the cultivation and transformation of scientific and technological achievements,high-level colleges can make full use of the achievements through strengthening the construction of research groups,building a favorable innovation environment,enhancing the scientific research cooperation and communication,deepening the cooperation among the enterprises,colleges and research institutes,intensifying the achievement cultivation and incubation,improving the achievement evaluation and promotion mechanism,and setting up achievement transformation platforms,transform the scientific research achievements into the practical productive forces,and promote the scientific innovation and industry upgrading in order to make more attributions to China’s scientific and technological innovation and economic development.
