柔性管理在高职院校学生教育管理中的具体运用

摘  要:柔性管理是高职院校根据学生的身心特点在以人为本理念支撑下进行的管理。柔性管理以情感为基础,学生受到心理触动后会自主配合学校的各项管理要求,自主投入专业学习,获得更好的成长,这有助于构建和谐的师生关系,提升学生教育管理工作的效率。为提升柔性管理的运用效果,高职院校应从贯彻以人为本理念、建立全员育人模式、开展分层教育引导、进行启发教育管理、加强民主管理指引、传递生命价值理念、加强外部教育保障七方面科学实施柔性管理,逐步形成更加完善的学生教育管理模式。The flexible management is based on the people-oriented theory and focuses on students’physical and mental characteristics in higher vocational colleges.The emotion is the foundation of flexible management.After being psychologically touched,students can cooperate with various management requirements voluntarily,devote themselves to professional learning and acquire further growth which is conducive to building a harmonious relationship between teachers and students and improving the efficiency of students’education management.In order to improve the application effect of flexible management,higher vocational colleges should apply the flexible management scientifically by implementing the people-oriented theory,setting up the all-rounded education modes,carrying out the multi-staged education guidance,conducting the inspirational education management,strengthening the democratic management guidelines,delivering the life value concept,and enhancing the exterior education guarantee,and gradually form a more favorable students’education management modes.
