摘　　要：创新联合体是面向科技自立自强的新型创新组织形态,数字技术为其提供关键技术支撑。运用系统动力学方法分析创新联合体知识转移过程以及数字技术、创新联合体运行机制和融通创新文化等情境因素对知识转移的影响规律。研究表明,数字技术应用视角下创新联合体的知识转移能够实现转移主体的知识交流融通和知识量增加;创新联合体运行机制可通过增强知识转移意愿和完善转移渠道正向影响知识转移;融通创新文化可提升知识转移意愿进而促进知识转移;数字技术通过降低知识内隐性、提升知识数字化和优化转移渠道正向驱动知识转移,同时,通过增加知识复杂性阻碍知识转移,但总体表现为正向影响。The innovation consortium is a new type of innovation organization for achieving technological breakthroughs and high levels of S&T self-sufficiency,for which digital technology provides key technical support.An innovation consortium is essentially a carrier of knowledge transfer and integration across organizations.Knowledge transfer is the key to achieving the goal of joint innovation and enhancing organizational innovation capability;therefore,the study of the knowledge transfer process and the efficiency of innovation consortia is an important topic worth exploring.However,innovation consortia have been in operation for a short period of time,and there is limited literature to analyze their inter-organizational cooperative exchange activities from the perspective of knowledge transfer,and a lack of in-depth exploration of its knowledge transfer.Therefore,how to accurately reveal the knowledge transfer processes of innovation consortia and identify the influencing factors and their role patterns of knowledge transfer,has become an important issue that needs to be urgently solved in the academic community.In addition,digital technology provides key technical support to promote innovation in industry-university cooperation,profoundly changes the process of knowledge exchange,and becomes a technical tool that cannot be ignored to influence inter-organizational knowledge transfer.In view of this,this paper aims to explore the knowledge transfer processes of innovation consortia in the application of digital technologies.In the context of knowledge transfer,situational factors are extracted and theoretical models are constructed based on the application of digital technologies and the characteristics of innovation consortia.System dynamics is used to analyze the impact of situational factors on knowledge transfer,providing decision-making reference for improving the level of knowledge transfer and promoting the sustainable development of innovation consortia.The research results show that the system dynamics approa
