摘　　要：目的:构建护士口腔颌面创伤应急处置能力评估问卷,检验其信、效度,为临床口腔颌面创伤培训提供可靠实用的评估工具。方法:通过查阅国内外文献、小组讨论及德尔菲法确定护士口腔颌面创伤应急处置能力评估问卷指标条目。采用便利抽样法,于2022年6月选取上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院328名护士为研究对象,对所构建问卷进行条目筛选及信、效度分析。采用SPSS 24.0软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果:德尔菲专家函询共2轮,包括6名专家,函询问卷的有效回收率均为100%,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.398、0.427(P<0.001),专家权威系数为0.967。最终构建的护士口腔颌面创伤应急处置能力评估问卷包括8个一级指标,54个二级指标。该问卷的Cronbachɑ系数为0.988,重测信度为0.817,各条目的 I-CVI为0.833~1.000,总问卷的S-CVI/Ave为0.944。结论:本研究编制的护士口腔颌面创伤应急处置能力评估问卷可靠性高,为临床护士口腔颌面创伤培训体系提供了科学实用的评估工具。PURPOSE:To construct the assessment scale of nurses' oral and maxillofacial trauma emergency response ca-pacity and test its reliability and validity,providing a reliable and practical assessment tool for clinical oral and maxillofa-cial trauma training.METHODS:The assessment scale of nurses' oral and maxillofacial trauma emergency response ca-pacity was designed based on literature review,expert consultation and Delphi method.Using the convenience sampling method,328 nurses from Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital,Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine were select-ed in June 2022 for screening items and testing the reliability and validity of the constructed scale.SPSS 24.0 software package was used for data analysis.RESULTS:There were 2 rounds of Delphi expert consultations,including 6 experts,and the effective response rate of the questionnaire was 100%,with the Kendall harmony coefficients of 0.398 and 0.427(P<0.001),and the authority coefficients of 0.967.The final assessment scale of nurses' oral and maxillofacial trauma e-mergency response capacity included 8 first-level indicators and 54 second-level indicators.The Cronbach's ɑ coefficient was 0.988,test-retest reliability was 0.817,I-CVI was 0.833 to 1.000,and S-CVI/Ave was 0.944.CONCLUSIONS:The assessment scale of nurses' oral and maxillofacial trauma emergency response capacity has good reliability and validity,which provides a scientific and practical evaluation tool for the development and verification of oral and maxillofacial trau-ma training system for clinical nurses.
