摘  要:研究生培养环境的建设与创新是确保研究生创新能力与培养质量的重要基础。在深入分析现有林业工程学科研究生培养现状的基础上,提出组建多元化导师团队、完善研究生学术培养计划、制定“导师团队+课题小组”联合组会制度、搭建学术交流平台,提供学术资源支持、建立学科学术评估和反馈机制等研究生培养环境构建方法;并以学科具体研究生培养、团队建设情况为例介绍了导师团队协同指导模式下的研究生培养环境对研究生创新能力与培养质量的成效,以证明该模式的有效性。The construction and innovation of the graduate education environment are important foundations for ensuring the innovation ability and training quality of graduate students.Based on an in-depth analysis of the current status of graduate education in forestry engineering,this article proposes methods for constructing a graduate education environment,including establishing a diversifed mentor team,improving the academic training plan for graduate students,developing a joint"mentor team+research group"meeting system,building an academic exchange platform,providing academic resource support,and establishing a disciplinary academic evaluation and feedback mechanism;And taking the specific graduate student training and team building situation of the discipline as an example,the effectiveness of the graduate student training environment under the collaborative guidance mode of the mentor team on the innovation ability and training quality of graduate students was introduced to prove the effectiveness of this mode.
