摘　　要：生命意义感问题日渐受到社会大众和多学科领域的关注,进化心理学观点认为生命意义感作为个体对生命存在目的和意义的理解和感知,是人类进化过程中形成的一种心理机制,与适应性选择、响应本能需求、社会互动与群体适应关系密切。研究通过集成当前的进化心理学理论观点和实证研究成果,从认知、情感和动机3个层面对生命意义感发展的影响进行了初步解读,指出三者之间相互交织,共同塑造了个体对生命意义的理解体验、行为决策和社会互动模式,并基于此进一步揭示生命意义感保护身心健康、调节人际关系的现实价值和推动人类进化、促进社会发展的进化价值,为生命意义感研究和实践应用提供新的学科视角。未来研究需要进一步探索内在机制、跨文化比较以及持续关注社会变迁对个体生命意义感的影响。Issues concerning the meaning of life are increasingly drawing attention from both the general public and various disciplines.From an evolutionary psychology perspective,the meaning of life,as an individual's understanding and perception of the purpose and significance of life,is seen as a psychological mechanism formed during human evolution,closely related to adaptive selection,instinctual needs,social interactions,and group adaptation.Research integrates current evolutionary psychology theoretical perspectives and empirical findings to preliminarily interpret the influences on the development of life meaning from cognitive,emotional,and motivational aspects,indicating their intertwined nature,collectively shaping individuals'understanding,experience,behavioral decisions,and social interaction patterns regarding meaning of life.Furthermore,it further reveals the practical value of life meaning in protecting mental and physical health,regulating interpersonal relationships,promoting human evolution,and fostering social development,providing a new disciplinary perspective for the study and practical application of life meaning.Future research needs to further explore the internal mechanisms,cross-cultural comparisons,and ongoing attention to the impact of social changes on individuals'meaning of life.
