摘　　要：该文对湖南省乡村旅游发展的关注点进行系统性分析,重点关注该领域在人才培养、服务质量提升以及基础设施建设等方面面临的挑战。首先,回顾国内外乡村旅游发展及人才培养的理论与实践,特别强调人才培养目标与需求、现有机制和模式以及教育与培训资源的评估。随后,通过SWOT分析揭示湖南高职院校乡村旅游管理人才培养的优势、劣势、机会和威胁。在此基础上,提出采用SO战略并制定具体战略目标的战略选择,并设计人才培养路径,包括跨学科课程设置、产教融合与国际合作、技术整合与在线教育等方面的措施。最后,强调监测和评估的重要性,以确保实施的战略能够有效达到预期目标,并不断提高教育质量和效果。该文的研究和分析有助于为湖南高职院校乡村旅游专业的人才培养提供参考,从而促进乡村旅游业的可持续发展,进一步推动乡村振兴战略的实施。This paper makes a systematic analysis on the development of rural tourism in Hunan Province,focusing on the challenges in personnel training,service quality improvement and infrastructure construction in this field.First of all,it reviews the theory and practice of rural tourism development and talent training at home and abroad,with special emphasis on the goal and demand of talent training,the existing mechanism and model,as well as the evaluation of education and training resources.Then,through SWOT analysis,it reveals the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of rural tourism management personnel training in Hunan vocational colleges.On this basis,the strategic choice of adopting SO strategy and formulating specific strategic objectives is put forward,and the path of personnel training is designed,including interdisciplinary curriculum,industry-education integration and international cooperation,technology integration and online education and other measures.Finally,the importance of monitoring and evaluation was emphasized to ensure that the strategies implemented effectively achieve the desired objectives and continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of education.The research and analysis of this paper will help to provide reference for the personnel training of rural tourism majors in Hunan vocational colleges,so as to promote the sustainable development of rural tourism and further promote the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.
