基于OBE理念的植物组织培养教材建设实践与探索

摘　　要：针对植物组织培养课程特点和教材建设中存在的问题,基于OBE理念对植物组织培养教材建设提出具体改革策略,进行实践与探索。植物组织培养教材由校企共同开发,基于工作过程为导向进行编写。结合该专业的人才培养方案和岗位能力需求,及时更新相关内容,重建课程体系;实现理论教材与实训手册相结合的教材形式的创新;有机结合该校产学研情况,实现教学内容的实用化和本土化。In view of the characteristics of plant tissue culture courses and the problems existing in the construction of teaching materials,this paper puts forward specific reform strategies for the construction of teaching materials for plant tissue culture based on the concept of OBE,and carries out practice and exploration.The teaching material of plant tissue culture is jointly developed by schools and enterprises and compiled based on the working process.Based on the talent training plan and post ability requirements of this major,it is proposed to update the relevant contents in time,so as to rebuild the curriculum system;to realize the innovation in textbook form through the combination of theoretical teaching materials and training manuals;and to organically integrate the situation of production,learning and research in our university,in order to realize the practicality and localization of teaching content.
