摘　　要：作物栽培学与耕作学是农业科学的核心学科之一,对我国农业可持续创新、乡村振兴、科技发展具有重要影响。在新时代社会经济发展背景下,科技水平是衡量综合国力强弱的重要标志,其中高层次人才是农业发展的核心内容。针对当前我国作物栽培学与耕作学硕士研究生的培养模式,该文重点阐述研究生科研创新能力特征和存在的问题,提出增强硕士研究生科研能力的潜在改革模式与实践探索,旨在提高作物栽培学与耕作学硕士研究生培养质量,为实现我国由农业大国向农业强国的转变提供有力的人才保障。Crop Cultivation and Tillage are one of the core disciplines of agricultural science,which has an important impact on sustainable agricultural innovation,rural revitalization and scientific and technological development in China.Under the social and economic development in the new era,the level of science and technology is an important indicator to measure the strength of comprehensive national strength,of which high-level talents are the core content of agricultural development.This paper focuses on the characteristics and existing problems of postgraduate scientific research and innovation ability,and puts forward the potential reform mode and practical exploration to enhance the scientific research ability of postgraduate students based on the opinions of the reform and development of postgraduate education in the new era.It aims to improve the quality of training of master's degree students in crop cultivation and tillage,and provide a strong talent guarantee for China's transformation from an agricultural country to an agricultural power.
