摘 要:无刷直流电动机在工作时的换相转矩脉动严重影响了其在高精度伺服系统中的应用,为了降低这种影响,文中提出了一种自适应模型预测控制算法。在对系统进行传统方波PWM-ON控制的基础上,结合重叠换相法,以换相过程中关断相、导通相的功率受控开关管为控制对象,对其占空比进行控制。以换相期间转矩脉动最小为目标构造价值函数,建立换相期间电动机的三相离散电流方程,对关断相和导通相占空比进行预测,并引入自适应调整因子对占空比进行自适应分配。最后,通过实验验证了该算法在全速范围内的有效性。Considering the commutation torque ripple of brushless DC motor seriously affecting its application in high precision servo system,an adaptive model predictive control algorithm is proposed to alleviate this influence.On the basis of applying traditional square wave PWM-ON control to the system,the overlapping commutation method was introduced,and the duty ratio of the power-controlled switch tube which turns off and turns on the phase during commutation was controlled.Taking the minimum torque ripple during commutation as the goal,the value function was constructed,and the three-phase discrete current equation of the motor during commutation was established to predict the duty ratio of the off-phase and the on-phase,and an adaptive adjustment factor was introduced to adaptively allocate the duty ratio.Finally,the effectiveness of the algorithm in the full speed range was verified by experiments.
