摘  要:为验证海洋核动力平台定位系统多体动力学模型的合理性,从而提高该平台长期系泊的可靠性,本文采用多体动力学方法与缩比模型试验方法,对核动力平台定位系统进行建模与验证。基于定位系统多铰连接的拓扑结构,结合多刚体动力学理论,建立了定位系统的多体动力学仿真模型。搭建了定位系统1∶9缩比模型试验平台,并选取2种典型工况进行验证。研究结果表明:定位系统多体动力学模型计算的系泊腿受力与实验结果符合良好,平均误差在2%以内。算例分析发现,系泊腿受力循环次数主要集中在低幅值高均值区域。本文模型试验验证了所提出的定位系统多体动力学模型的可行性与正确性,能够为定位系统系泊能力的评估提供参考和借鉴。To verify the rationality of the multibody dynamics model of the positioning system for marine nuclear power platforms and improve the reliability of the long-term mooring of marine nuclear power platforms,this study uses the multibody dynamics method and the scaled model test method to model and verify the positioning system.First,based on the multihinge topology of the positioning system,combined with the multibody dynamics theory,the multibody dynamics simulation model of the positioning system was established.Second,a 1∶9 scale model test platform of the positioning system was built,and two typical working conditions were selected for verification.Results showed that the mooring leg force calculated by the multibody dynamic model was consistent with the experimental results,and the average error was within 2%.The analysis of the example shows that the number of cycles of force on the mooring leg is mainly concentrated in the region of low amplitude and high mean values.The model test in this study verifies the feasibility and correctness of the proposed multibody dynamics model,which can provide a reference for the evaluation of the mooring capacity of the positioning system.
