金丝皇菊真空贴体包装护色效果研究

摘　　要：为研究真空贴体包装对金丝皇菊的护色效果,对比了金丝皇菊塑料托盘敞口包装与真空贴体包装在贮藏期间的感官评价及色差值变化趋势。结果表明,在贮藏过程中,花瓣的颜色相对于花蕊更易发生变化,真空贴体包装对金丝皇菊有较好的护色效果,且护色效果比塑料托盘敞口包装更稳定。真空贴体包装能保持金丝皇菊的完整性,且可有效减少金丝皇菊的褐变概率,延长金丝皇菊的贮存时间。本研究结果可为金丝皇菊在贮藏与运输中的保鲜工作提供理论和技术支持。In order to study the color protection effect of vacuum skin packaging on golden chrysanthemum,this paper compared the sensory evaluation and change trend of color difference value of golden chrysanthemum between open plastic tray packaging and vacuum skin packaging during storage.The results showed that during storage,the color of the petals was more likely to change than that of the flower core.Vacuum skin packaging had better color protection effect on golden chrysanthemum,and its color protection effect was more stable than that of open plastic tray packaging.Vacuum skin packaging could maintain the integrity of golden chrysanthemum,effectively reduce the probability of browning,and prolong the storage time of golden chrysanthemum.The results of this study can provide theoretical and technical support for the preservation of golden chrysanthemum during storage and transportation.
