新型智慧城市视角下社区型传统菜市场更新模式初探——以厦门八市为例

摘　　要：随着建设新型智慧城市越来越受到重视,菜市场也成为重点更新改造的对象,旨在改善传统菜市场的诸多问题。该文从新型智慧城市视角,推进菜市场的数字化、人性化、绿色化转型。从智慧系统、空间包容、文化修补、节能设计等方面对厦门第八市场进行更新改造设计探索,在提升菜市场便民友好性的同时,提高周边居民的文化与情感认同。With an increasing emphasis on building a new type of smart city,the market has become a key target for renovation,aiming to improve many problems of traditional market.In this article we promote the digital,humanized,and green transformation of the market from the perspective of a new smart city,then we explore the renovation and design of Xiamen Eighth Market from the perspectives of smart systems,spatial inclusion,cultural restoration,and energy-saving design,aiming to enhance the convenience and friendliness of the market while enhancing the cultural and emotional identity of surrounding residents.
