摘 要:目的评价我国互联网医院的可及性和诊疗服务质量。方法基于我国东中西部各发展层次区域抽样选取60个城市的180家互联网医院,于2023年4—5月运用标准化病人问诊法,对互联网医院的可及性(包括开设数量、功能设置、医生在线情况、线上接诊率和问诊费用)与线上诊疗服务质量(包括诊疗质量、接诊速度和患者满意度)进行评价。结果我国互联网医院平均开设率为52.9%(560/1058),医生平均在线率为64.2%(1099/1713),平均接诊率为33.6%(112/333),平均问诊费用4.85元,问诊平均得分1.92分(满分9分),诊疗平均得分1.12分(满分4分),接诊速度平均得分1.70分(满分3分),患者满意度为2.73分(满分3分)。结论我国互联网医院可及性发展不均衡,诊疗质量总体偏低,建议精准定位并优化互联网医院诊疗服务功能、建立互联网诊疗医生激励机制、构建并完善互联网医院诊疗监管制度以提高互联网医院的可及性与诊疗服务质量。ObjectiveTo evaluate the healthcare accessibility and quality of diagnosis and treatment services of Internet hospitals in China.MethodsOne hundred and eighty Internet hospitals in 60 cities were seleted based on the sampling of development levels in the eastern,central and western regions of China.From April to May 2023,standardized patients methodology was applied to evaluate the accessibility(including the number of Internet hospitals,functional settings,online doctor status,the doctor′s attending rate and consultation fees)and diagnosis and treatment service quality(including the diagnosis and treatment services quality,response speed and patient′s evaluation)of Internet hospitals.ResultsThe average opening rate of Internet hospitals in China was 52.9%(560/1058),the average online rate of doctors was 64.2%(1099/1713),the average doctor′s attending rate was 33.6%(112/333),the average consultation fee was 4.85 yuan,the average score of consultation was 1.92 out of 9,the average score of diagnosis and treatment was 1.12 out of 4,the average score of the response speed was 1.70 out of 3,and patient satisfaction was 2.73 out of 3.ConclusionsThe Internet hospital accessibility in China is unevenly developed,and the overall quality of diagnosis and treatment is low.It is recommended to accurately position and optimize the function of Internet hospital,establish the incentive mechanism for online consultation doctors,construct and improve the regulatory system of Internet hospital diagnosis and treatment,so as to improve the accessibility and quality of diagnosis and treatment of Internet hospitals.
