“知”与“行”的距离——农村家长教育实践的质性研究

摘  要:提升家长教育能力是促进农村教育高质量发展的必由之路。借助目的性抽样,通过对16位农村家长的深度访谈发现:农村家长虽在认知层面对子女教育期待高、承认家长教育的重要性并积极学习教育知识,但在教育行动中却表现出被动的家庭作业参与、家校沟通以及教育知识践行。这种知行相悖源于农村家长在教育场域中形成的“习性”,即“生存第一”的生活逻辑、“业余教育者”的自我认同和“指令性”的语言思维模式。因此,提升农村家长教育能力并不能局限于观念的普及,更要深入其教育“习性”,切实改变农村家长的教育行动。Improving parents'education ability is an important way to promote the high-quality development of rural education.By purposive sampling,and through in-depth interviews with 16 rural parents,it is found that although rural parents have high expectations for their children's education,acknowledge the importance of parental education and actively learn educational knowledge,they present passively in homework participation,home-school communication and educational knowledge practice.This contradiction of knowledge and practice stems from the"habits"of rural parents formed in education field:life logic of"survival first",self-identification of"amateur educator"and language mode of"directive".Therefore,to improve the educational ability of rural parents cannot limit to the popularization of ideas,but should go deep into their educational"habits"and effectively change the educational practice of rural parents.
