摘  要:探讨采用心理学“正迁移”规律与科技期刊封面故事相结合教学法对放射治疗肿瘤学规培医师靶区勾画实践能力的提升效果。将2019年1月至2022年12月在放疗科轮转的2018—2021级40名放疗规培医师按1∶1随机分为观察组和对照组,每组20人。观察组采用心理学“正迁移”规律与科技期刊封面故事相结合的教学法,对照组仅采用传统模式教学法。比较两组出科成绩及问卷调查结果,观察组出科考试成绩优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05),且学员满意度较高。在多媒体时代和放疗技术飞速发展的时代,采用心理学“正迁移”与科技期刊封面故事相结合教学法能提高放疗规培医师靶区勾画实践能力,是一种具有可推广前景的临床教学模式。This paper discusses the effect of combining“positive transfer”with science and technology journal cover story teaching method on the improvement of target delineation practice ability of training physicians in radiotherapy oncology.From January 2019 to December 2022,40 radiotherapy training physicians of radiotherapy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.The observation group adopted the teaching method combining“positive transfer”with the science and technology journal cover story telling,while the control group only adopted the traditional teaching method.The test scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the students’satisfaction was higher.In the era of multimedia and rapid development of radiotherapy technology,the combination of“positive transfer”and science and technology journal cover story teaching method can improve the practical ability of the training physicians in radiotherapy.
