摘 要:北京铁路枢纽丰台站改建工程高架层采用平层六线钢箱叠拱桥跨越北京西四环路。桥梁位于北京都市区,采用全钢结构,且桥上运行六线铁路,列车通过频繁,须开展结构降噪研究。基于统计能量分析法进行结构噪声的预测,得到桥梁附近不同位置的A计权声压级,本桥在列车通过时,声压级为62.0~78.9 dB(A),结构辐射噪声突出,随着距线路中心线的距离增加,结构辐射噪声衰减明显。桥梁各部分辐射的声压级大小规律为纵梁腹板>桥面板>纵梁下翼缘板。同时提出了采用约束阻尼层降低结构噪声的方案,桥梁敷设约束阻尼层后,场点噪声最多可降低4.3 dB(A),结构噪声降低了一半以上的能量,降噪效果明显。The elevated level of the reconstruction project of Fengtai Station in Beijing Railway Hub adopts a flat sixline steel box stacked arch bridge to cross the West Fourth Ring Road in Beijing.The bridge is located in the urban area of Beijing and is made of all steel structure.There are six railways on the bridge,and trains pass frequently.It is necessary to conduct research on structural noise reduction.Based on the statistical energy analysis method for predicting structural noise,the A-weighted sound pressure levels at different distance positions near the bridge were obtained.When trains pass through this bridge,the sound pressure level is 62.0~78.9 dB(A),and the structural radiated noise is prominent.As the distance from the centerline of the line increases,the structural radiated noise attenuates significantly.The magnitude of the radiated sound pressure levels in various parts of the bridge follows the order of longitudinal beam web>bridge deck>lower flange plate of the longitudinal beam.At the same time,a scheme was proposed to reduce structural noise by using constrained damping layers.After the installation of constrained damping layers on bridges,the maximum reduction in field noise can reach 4.3 dB(A),and the structural noise is reduced by more than half of the energy,with a significant noise reduction effect.
