数控机床行业产教融合共同体建设策略研究

摘　　要：针对目前国内数控机床行业发展现状,数控机床企业与国内高校、科研机构联合不紧密,各自发展无法形成合力的问题,根据相关文件要求,成立数控机床行业产教融合共同体。通过分析,找出建设数控机床行业产教融合共同体的理论依据,共同体是基于某种共同的特征或利益而形成的一种社会组织或群体,重点分析建设的必要性,是数控机床产业高质量发展的迫切需求和牵头企业践行央企政治责任的使命担当。从聚焦国家重大战略需求优化产教布局结构、产业人才需求,构建人才培养模式和产业转型升级提升职业教育关键办学能力等方面进行建设。In response to the current development status of the domestic CNC machine tool industry and the problem of insufficient cooperation between CNC machine tool enterprises and domestic universities and research institutions,as well as the inability to form a joint force for their respective development,a community of industry and education integration based on CNC machine tool industry has been established.Through analysis,the theoretical basis for building a CNC machine tool industry education integration community has been identified.The community is a social organization or group formed based on certain common characteristics or interests.The focus is on analyzing the necessity of construction,the urgent need for high-quality development of the CNC machine tool industry,and the mission and responsibility of leading enterprises to practice the political responsibility of central enterprises.Construction is carried out from the aspects of optimizing the industry education layout structure,building talent training models based on the demand for industrial talents,and upgrading key vocational education capabilities through industrial transformation and upgrading.
