摘  要:提出了高职模具专业教师成长发展4P阶段对标“双师型”教师四级水平,探索了“双师型”教师评价体系。以“双师型”中级水平为例进行研究,通过Delphi专家咨询法对64所高职院校进行意见征询,确定包含职业品质、专业素养、教育素养、服务素养4个一级指标,对应10个二级指标,31个三级指标的评价指标集,利用层次分析法(AHP)确定各个指标的权重系数。This paper proposes that the 4P stage of the growth and development of senior die&mold professional teachers benchmarks the four levels of"dual-teacher"teachers and explores the evaluation system of"dual-teacher"teachers.Taking the intermediate level of"dual-teacher"as an example for research,64 higher vocational colleges and universities were consulted through the Delphi expert consultation method,and a set of evaluation indexes containing 4 first-level indexes of vocational quality,professionalism,education quality and service quality,corresponding to 10 secondlevel indexes and 31 third-level indexes was determined,and the hierarchical analysis method(AHP)was utilized to determine the evaluation indexes of each index,to determine the weight coefficient of each indicator.
