摘  要:我国铁路事业的发展日新月异,为确保铁路运输安全平稳,工务专业将轨道质量指数(TQI)作为评价线路整体质量的一项重要参数。轨距精调作为一项日常的维修工作,对于降低线路TQI值发挥着重要的作用。针对太中银铁路两个特长隧道无砟轨道结构的作业难点,研讨便捷且高效的轨距精调作业方法,优化人员分工及作业流程,通过现场实践可以得出,相较于之前去峰值的轨距精调理念,使用轨检仪制定均值管理方案能够明显降低线路的TQI值,提升作业效率。With the rapid development of China's railway industry,in order to ensure the safety and stability of railway transportation,the track quality index(TQI)is used as an important parameter to evaluate the overall quality of the railway line by the engineering profession.As a daily maintenance task,precise gauge adjustment plays an important role in reducing the TQI value of the line.Focuses on the operational difficulties of the ballastless track structure of two extra long tunnels on the Taichung Yinchuan Railway.It discusses a convenient and efficient method for precise gauge adjustment,optimizes personnel division of labor and work processes.Through on-site practice,it can be concluded that compared to the previous concept of peak gauge adjustment,using a track inspection instrument to develop a mean management plan can significantly reduce the TQI value of the line and improve operational efficiency.
