摘 要:研究性教学强调将研究和教学相结合,通过研究项目、实践活动等方式培养学生的研究能力和创新思维。研究性教学是提升人才培养质量的重要途径,地方高校创新性应用型人才的培养改革势在必行。为更好提升地方高校学生创新和研究能力及教师教学水平,以南阳师范学院生物科学专业为例,探究新形势下在“平衡”教学与科研的同时,从以人为本因材施教、需求导向服务地方、提升研究性教学能力推动教学改革、完善奖励激励机制等方面构建生物科学专业研究性教学模式,为提升人才培养质量奠定基础,以更好地服务社会发展和地方经济。Research-oriented teaching emphasizes the combination of research and teaching,and cultivates students’research ability and innovative thinking through research projects and practical activities.Research-oriented teaching is an important way to improve the quality of talent training.It is imperative to reform the train-ing of innovative applied talents in local colleges and universities.In order to better improve the innovation and research ability of students in local colleges and universities and the teaching level of teachers,the biology sci-ence specialty of Nanyang Normal University was taken as an example to explore the balance between teaching and scientific research under the new situation.To build a research-oriented teaching model for biology science specialty from the aspects of people-centered teaching,demand-oriented service to local areas,enhancing research-based teaching ability to promote teaching reform,and improving the incentive mechanism,laid a foun-dation for improving the quality of talent training,so as to better serve social development and local economy.
