摘 要:学术学位与专业学位研究生教育分类发展背景下,需要进一步扭转两类学位的同质化发展现象。在考试招生环节,探索形成契合两类学位差异化选拔要求、适应实践创新型人才培养需求的专业学位硕士研究生招生考试评价标准,具有重要现实意义。本研究在政策分析基础上,组织开放式访谈,借鉴中国高考评价体系和欧洲资历框架等理论模型,整理高频核心概念并予以结构化,经德尔菲法检验初步构建包括专业基础、通用能力、职业素养、价值体认4个一级指标和14个二级指标在内的专业学位硕士研究生招生考试评价指标体系。该体系为落实学术学位与专业学位研究生教育分类发展要求,实现差异化选拔,提供了理论支持,并据此提出优化考试科目设置、深化考试内容改革、强化复试选拔功能等方面的建议。In the context of the classified development of academic degrees and professional degrees in graduate education,it is necessary to further reverse the phenomenon of homogenization in development.Exploring and establishing evaluation criteria for the postgraduate entrance examination of professional master's degree that align with the differentiated selection requirements of these two types of degrees is practically significant.This approach caters to the needs of cultivating talents with practical and innovative abilities.Using policy analysis,this study conducted open-ended interviews,referenced theoretical models from the Gaokao Assessment Framework and the European Qualifications Framework,and screened and integrated high-frequency ability and quality vocabulary.The Delphi method was employed to validate the evaluation indicators.As a result,a comprehensive evaluation index system for the postgraduate entrance examination of professional master's degree was constructed,encompassing four primary indicators—disciplinary foundation,cognitive skills,professional competency,and value consciousness—and 14 secondary indicators.It provides theoretical support for implementing classification development requirements in academic and professional master's degree postgraduate education.Based on this,recommendations are proposed to optimize subject selection in examinations,deepen reform of examination content,and strengthen the re-examination selection function.
